- Friday - Day 1 - Arrival in Istanbul
HOS GELDINIZ! Welcome to Turkey! We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.
Unpack and go out for an evening walk and dinner on your own around Sultanahmet Square.

- Saturday - Day 2 - Istanbul - (B)
In the morning , we will meet you at your hotel and take you on this enlightening walking tour down to the water front near Eminonu.
You'll see hundreds of interesting shops lined up cozily side-by-side, We will then enjoy a cruise on the Bosphorus.
Today’s main sites are:
* Walking tour of Golden horn waterfront area
* Spice Bazaar and surrounding areas
* Cruise on the Bosphorus.
Overnight in Istanbul.
- Sunday - Day 3 - Istanbul - (B/L)
In the morning we will great you at your hotel and take you on a guided tour of the historical old part of Istanbul.
Today’s main sites are:
* Blue Mosque/Sultanahmet Mosque (Camii)
* Hagia Sophia/Aya Sofya
* Hippodrome of Constantinople
* Grand Bazaar

- Monday - Day 4 - Istanbul - Gallipoli - Canakkale - (B/L/D)
Early in the morning we will drive west, skirting the northern shore of the beautiful Sea of Marmara, heading towards the Aegean Sea.
Sites you’ll see today:
Gallipoli Peninsula, National Park and ANZAC Cove commemorative sites
Lone Pine Memorial Johnston's Jolly (Turkish and ANZAC trenches and tunnels)
Courtne'y's & Steele's Post Cemetery
The Nek and the Walker's Ridge Cemetery
Battleship Hill & Location of Mustafa Kemal's Headquarters
Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial
From here, we'll board a ferry and cross the Dardanelles Strait.
*Canakkale will be our final destination for today and where we will spend our evening.
After dinner, you might want to stroll the harbor and enjoy watching sunset. Overnight in Canakkale.
- Tuesday - Day 5 - Canakkale to Kusadasi - (B/L/D)
In the morning we will take you on a half day tour of the Ancient City of Troy.
*Troy (Truva) is the ancient site written about by Homer in the classic Iliad. It dates back to approximately 3,000 BC and has been the site of nine different cities through the thousands of years it has been in existence.
Upon entering Troy, a large wooden Trojan horse full-scale reproduction will dominate your view. You'll definitely want to climb up and get your picture taken!
There is also a small museum on-site to help you get oriented. After lunch, you will depart from Canakkale,
driving along the Aegean Sea south to the seaside city of Kusadasi. Upon arriving, you will check into your hotel.
Overnight in Kusadasi.
- Wednesday - Day 6 - Kusadasi - Ephesus - Kusadasi - (B/L/D)
in the morning, we will met up at the lobby of your hotel an take you on a guided tour of Ephesus, Temple of Artemis and the House of Virgin Mary.

Overnight in Kusadasi.
- Thursday - Day 7 - Kusadasi to Pamukkale - (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will depart from Kusadasi to Pamukkale; upon arrival we will continue on the
guided tour of Pamukkale and Hierapolis.
Our drive will take us through a rich agricultural area, teeming with cotton fields and fruit orchards.
Sites we will visit
* Pamukkale, White washed terraces, ancient pools and more..
* Ancient city of Hierapolis
Overnight in Pamukkale.
- Friday - Day 8 - Pamukkale to Antalya - (B/L)
In the morning, we'll depart Pamukkale and drive to Antalya; ( Scenic 4 hour drive through the scenic Taurus Mountain. Upon arriving, you will check into your hotel.
Overnight in Antalya.
- Saturday - Day 9 - Antalya - (B/L)
After breakfast, we will take you on a full-day tour of Side, Perge, Aspendos and to the Manavgat Waterfalls.
Sites you'll see today:
* Perge is a magnificent example of how an ancient classical city looked. Records date it to roughly the 4th century BC. It was settled by the Greeks following the Trojan War, then visited by St. Paul and his disciples when it was a leading city of Pamphylia. It then fell under the leadership of Alexander the Great and eventually to the Byzantines. It was during the reign of Constantine that Perge became an important center of Christianity.
* Side was the site of Pamphyilia's largest port and was probably first colonized in the 7th BC. Coming from Cyprus, St. Paul would have very likely visited en route to Perge (another site you'll see today). The great ruins are among the most notable in Asia Minor. They cover a large promontory where a wall and a moat separate it from the mainland. During medieval times, the wall and moat were repaired, and the promontory housed a wealth of structures.
* Manavgat Waterfalls is where we'll have a cool rest, right next to the falls. Local vendors offer beverages and ice cream.
* Aspendos and Aspendos Theatre is another beautiful example of a well-preserved classical city that is most famous for its theatre, which dates to 160-180 AD. Depending on performance dates, we may be lucky enough to see a summer evening opera or ballet performance in a theatre that's widely-considered to be the most intact classical theatre in existence.
After the tour return to the hotel.

- Sunday - Day 10 - Antalya - (B)
After breakfast, Enjoy rest of the day, relaxing, swimming and explore more of Antalya at your own pace.

- Monday - Day 11 - Antalya to Cappadocia - (B/L)
In the morning, we'll depart Antalya and drive to Cappadocia; en route, we'll make frequent stops for photo opportunities and
visit ancient Caravansarays. Arrival, check in and overnight in Urgup - Cappadocia.
- Tuesday - Day 12 - Cappadocia - (B/L)
Today will be devoted to exploring more of Cappadocia's unforgettable sites.
(If you have purchased the optional hot-air ballooning tour, please note that you'll need to rise very early in the morning to go to the balloon-launch site. After the trip has concluded, we'll come back to the hotel for breakfast and have a rest before setting out in later in the morning to see the rest of the sites listed below.)

We'll also visit local crafts people and learn the special art of making dolls and traditional pottery.

- Wednesday - Day 13 - Cappadocia - (B/L)
As we have a lengthy drive to our first destination, we'll be starting out quite early this morning. Today, we'll stroll through an amazing subterranean city where ancient Christians once hid from Arab invaders; we'll then wander through the Ihlara Gorge and spend time in a classic Anatolian village.

After the tour we will provide a transfer to Cappadocia Airport and put you on a short domestic flight back to Istanbul.
Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

- Thursday - Day 14 - Cappadocia to Kahta - (Mt. Nemrut) - (B/L/D)
Morning deparute from Cappadocia on scenic drive South East to Adiyaman - Kahta.
On the way we will stop and visit Seljuk Caravanserai and learn about the desing of these unique silk road inns and their shape with a square or rectangular walled exterior, with a single portal wide enough to permit large or heavily laden beasts such as camels to enter.
We will then enjoy lunch at a traditional restaurant where you will enhoy the local cuise and the world famous ice cream
Arrival in Kahta, check into our hote and enjoy an early night rest to get ready and charged for our early next day departure.
Overnight in Adiyaman - Kahta.
- Friday - Day 15 - Kahta - Mt Nemrut and - Urfa - (B/L/D)
Very early in the morning we will start our day with a short drive to the entrance, get off our minibus and go on a 30 minute hike to the summit of MT Nemrut and continue our tour.
Sites you'll see today:
* Colossal size statues and heads of the kings and Gods
* Ancient Septimus Severus Bridge bridge over the Cendere stream
* The Ataturk Dam
* Uchisar Castle,
After lunch
Gobekli Tepe, Abraham's Cave and the Pools of Holy Car
Harran a village of Mud-Brick "beehive houses
We will spend rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight in Urfa.
- Saturday - Day 16 - Urfa to Trabzon - (B)
In the morning transfer to Urfa Airport and board your flight to Trabzon.
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel, after check in Enjoy rest of the day at leisure, exploring Trabzon at your own pace.
Overnight in Trabzon
- Sunday - Day 17 - Istanbul to Trabzon - (B/L)
In the morning meet up with your driver guide and continue on to exploring Sumela Monastery, Gumushane and Karaca Cave.
Site you will visit;
Gumushane and its historical places, mosques, churches, castles.
There are numerous large and small caves due to the geological structure of Gümüşhane.
Karaca Cave is the most popular in Gümüşhane due to its some specific characteristics.
Sumela Monastery sits high up on the cliffs of Mela, southeast of Trabzon.
Overnight in Trabzon.
- Monday - Day 18 - Trabzon - Rize - Ayder - (B/D)
In the morning depart from Trabzon and drive East to Rize and then onto Ayder,
On the way you will visit;
* Black Sea Town of Rize
* Tea and Kiwi Plantations
* Scenic drives through Firtina Valley
* Camli Hemsin and Goksu Falls.
Arrival in Ayder, check into traditional wooden hotel, enjoy dinner and Overnight stay.
- Tuesday - Day 19 - Ayder to Trabzon then to Istanbul - (B)
Enjoy full day at leisure,
In the afternoon depart from Ayder and drive to Trabzon Airport.
Depart from Trabzon on a 1 hour 40 minute flight to Istanbul. Upon arriving transfer to your hote.
Overnight in Istanbul.
- Wednesday - Day 20 - Istanbul - (B/L)
Breakfast at the hotel --- Free day at leisure.

- Thursday - Day 21 - Departure from Istanbul - (B)
Gule, Gule! It is time to head for home. We will transfer you to the airport and wish you well, asking that you keep Turkey in your heart.
