About Sile:
Sile is a small holiday town on the Black Sea, 70 km from Istanbul. There has been a fishing village here since 700 BC and a lighthouse since the Ottoman period. There is a small but sandy beach, a little harbor of fishing boats, a nearby dense forest and a quiet atmosphere. Here, you'll also find quite a number of bars and restaurants, particularly around the lighthouse.
"Sile bezi" is a light gauze-like cotton fabric, is made here, and sold in many shops in town. Every summer the town hosts a festival celebrating its importance to the local economy.
We will then depart rom Sile drive back to Istanbul on the scenic country side and you will see small villages and farms on the way back to Istanbul
We will then drop you off at your hotel.
